Bengaluru, IN (August 12, 2025)  – SatSure, a leading Earth Observation (EO) and decision intelligence company, is pleased to announce the launch of the SatSource UP Report, delivering state-wide, parcel-level agricultural intelligence across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. This milestone offering is set to transform how banks, NBFCs, and other agri-lenders manage risk, underwriting, and credit disbursal in India’s most critical rural credit market.

Uttar Pradesh is home to over 30 million landholders and holds approximately 17–18% of all active Kisan Credit Card (KCC) accounts in India. With more than ₹80,000–90,000 crore in outstanding KCC-linked agri credit, UP represents the single largest exposure area for financial institutions involved in rural and agri-lending.

The SatSource UP Report is designed to address persistent challenges in this landscape—manual field verifications, lack of standardized land performance data, and rising defaults due to poor visibility into crop patterns and risk profiles. By providing clean, digitized parcel-level insights, the report enables financial institutions to make faster, more informed lending decisions, reduce operational costs, and scale rural credit with confidence.

Speaking about the launch, Dhruva Rajan, Chief Revenue Officer at SatSure, said:

“The scale and impact of agri-lending in Uttar Pradesh cannot be overstated. With the SatSource UP Report, we’re delivering a comprehensive solution that empowers lenders with timely, actionable data. This launch not only enables credit managers to assess collateral quality with unprecedented precision but also supports broader goals of financial inclusion and rural prosperity.”

The release of the UP Report is strategically timed, following the completion of land record digitization across most districts in UP. This foundational infrastructure allows SatSure to deploy its advanced satellite imagery and AI models to generate consistent, parcel-level insights on cropping patterns, land productivity, and risk classification across the entire state.

SatSure’s product differentiator lies in its ability to deliver full-featured, scalable, and analytics-ready data products, with a proven track record in supporting major BFSI clients across India.

The UP Report’s launch reinforces SatSure’s leadership in Earth Observation-powered rural credit solutions and underscores its commitment to driving data-driven financial decision-making at scale.
